Classe Azul Reposado 700 ml self-pickup

Founded in 1997, Classe Azul launched its flagship tequila Classe Azul in 2001. The tequila is distilled and bottled by hand, Classe Azul is 100% authentic in every way. In the small town of Santa María Conchas, Mexico, over 100 ceramic artists dedicate their time to creating each bottle individually, and each bottle represents the evolution of tequila from the ground up. Classe Azul is made using 100% organic Weber blue agave, the only type of agave out of 200 varieties that tequila makers use. Once harvested, the agave is cooked in traditional stone ovens for 72 hours. After cooking, the pods are crushed to extract the juices, which are mixed with special yeast. The fermentation process takes place and finally the alcohol is distilled twice in copper stills with great care to ensure the highest quality tequila. The Ultra Premium Classe Azul Tequila Series is produced at one of the highest points in Los Atlos or Highlands in the town of Jesus Maria, Jalisco - resulting in a very unique flavor profile.
