Transaction cancellation
Transactions can be canceled according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771 2010.
It is clarified that according to the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010, A transaction for the sale of food products (including, for the avoidance of doubt, alcoholic beverages) cannot be canceled. After the order has been delivered .
A transaction cannot be canceled due to regret after 12 hours before the delivery of the intended shipment (hereinafter " the last cancellation date "). In the event of a transaction being canceled due to regret only before this date, the operator reserves the right to charge 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) of the transaction value as a cancellation fee. A transaction canceled after this time will be charged at the full price.
Notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere in these regulations, it is clarified and emphasized that the customer's right to return a product and/or to cancel a purchase will be in accordance with and subject to all laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010, the Sales Law, 5778-1968, and the Debit Cards Law, 5786-1986.
Product returns
Products may be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging only (*alcohol bottles only*). After returning the products, a full credit will be given for all bottles of spirits returned, minus the clearing fee charged by the credit card company for clearing the purchaser's credit card.
**Beers, wines, champagnes, energy drinks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages that may spoil due to lack of refrigeration cannot be returned***

All you have to do is contact our customer service by phone: 054-3400134 and coordinate the date of returning the products to the company's warehouses.
Returns will be made by the customer arriving at the company's warehouses and by prior arrangement only at the telephone number indicated above.
If you have decided to return an item and would like to receive your money back, you must arrive with the products and a tax invoice with which the purchase was made.

Returns operating hours at the company's warehouses: Sunday-Thursday 12:00-16:00.
**The credit will be made in accordance with the law and in accordance with the credit card companies' guidelines. The credit will always be made under the same conditions under which the transaction was charged and for the payment method used to make the transaction (if paid in installments, the credit will also be in installments, if paid with a gift card, the credit will also be on a gift card, and so on).
**Returning products is subject to the company's discretion, and in any case, it is mandatory that the product is completely new, without marks, defects or stickers*
**Products will not be returned without presenting the original invoice for the order.
