Shipping Policy

Deliveries nationwide (excluding remote distribution areas) - home delivery
Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be delivered within 7 business days.
No deliveries will be made on Fridays. Orders placed on Fridays and holiday eves by 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. No deliveries will be made on Fridays.

" Remote geographical areas" for the purposes of this contract are: areas that appear in the remote areas table

Geographically on the company's website, including: Golan Heights and the northern border/ Jordan Valley/ settlements beyond the Green Line/

Gaza/Dead Sea/Arava and Eilat settlements

 Order under 499 ₪ - 35 ₪

Self-pickup
Self-pickups will be made at the company's warehouses at 12 Dekel St., Moshav Tsalfon, after you have received an email that your order is ready for pickup and by prior arrangement only.

Self-pickup orders are free of charge and will only be delivered upon presentation of a paying card + the cardholder's ID.

General instructions:

  • Fridays, holiday eves, Chol Hamoed, and Sabbath days will not be considered business days. It is also clarified that the day the order is placed will not be counted in the number of days.
  • Delivery times are subject to the delivery policy of the distribution company, which is an external supplier to the company, and are its sole responsibility.
  • The delivery dates stated in this policy refer to routine situations. There may be delays in delivery dates due to security situations, closures, epidemics, promotional periods or as a result of events beyond the control of the company and/or the distribution company.
  • Deliveries will not be delivered without the customer's presence at the delivery location. Deliveries will not be left outside the door and will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement only and only upon presentation of a paying card + the cardholder's ID.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, ordering products will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy on the site.
